Pour one out for all the homies born right after ww2 and died just before ww3
It is when it's 1 second in a hour long speech that has 59 mins and 59 seconds of banging on about how the election has been stolen and they need to fight to get it back. It's not irrelevant though is it, when someone uses the words March peacefully, you can't then claim he said to fight and overturn the government lol. I didnt concede Trump was wrong in Jan 6th, because I was always aligned with the view Trump was wrong haha
But your missing both my points...
1. Why specifically did millions of people see the insurrection, who didnt vote for Trump, then decide to vote for him on 2024?! The populist argument doesn't hold water, because he would have appealed to those people in 2020. Trump hasn't changed stance on anything, hasn't softened his edges, and hasn't pivoted to appease the masses, he's been pretty consistent. Gice me your reasoning, because ive given you mine and you all freak put about it hahaha.
2. Including the word peaceful into a speech isn't irrelevant, and using that quote to people who only use specific quotes is perfectly legit and not petty at all. Someone claims Trump just said Fight like hell, so I contextualise that with peacefully protest. If they were honest I wouldnt have intervened at all hahaha
You reap what you sow![]()
Trump lashes out at Israel and Iran as he accuses both of violating ceasefire - live updates
Trump uses an expletive as he says both countries have fought each other for so long they don't know what they're doing.www.bbc.co.uk
No word from Trump yet, but I'm guessing it'll go something like this:
Sir, Iran have launched missiles into the air!
Trump: Iran said what! About my hair?!
The tactics of getting them to negotiate working well then. You reap what you sow
Yeah we shouldn't be touching this at all. I kinda think it would be better for Isreal if they went it alone but too late for that. I guess they've done most of the heavy lifting, so far.The tactics of getting them to negotiate working well then.
Unfortunately Iran are going to get there arses handed to them if the reports are true.
Interesting to see how Starmer reacts ultimately let American get there own soldiers killed. We can sit this one out, you want isolationism well you got it.
It is when it's 1 second in a hour long speech that has 59 mins and 59 seconds of banging on about how the election has been stolen and they need to fight to get it back.
It would be like me shouting at my son for 1 hour and then saying "I love you" at the end, what do you think he's going to take from that? Do you think he's going to remember the I love you or the hour I spent shouting at him? I asked you what you think those people that were there took away from that speech? Care to answer? Do you think Trump was really drilling home the be peaceful message he spent 1 second on or do you think they were angry that the election had been stolen and they needed to stop it? Come on mate, it's classic manipulator tactics.
I've already told you my reasoning, people believe what they want to believe and many don't think it was an attempted coup, many don't know about the fake elector plot, many are misinformed, many didn't care and voted on economy or Isreal or any other single issue voter BS
Care to answer my question and I'll address the rest of your post once you haveWho is making the argument Trumps speech was not a contributing factor to the rest of the days events? I'll wait!
Your not arguing against a position, your arguing that words only have meaning when they are proportioned to your liking! Your not denying thelat he said that peacefully protest quote are you? Wait are you?!
So your reasoning, behind millions of people who voted Biden, or didnt vote, is that after watching the insurrection they just didnt know it was an insurrection? Despite all the media reports, constant references too, constantly using it as a weapon, the court cases, hahaha you think the media and Dems underplayed what happened? That's your stance?
My stancenis the opposite, the media and Dems said over and over that Trumpnincited it, and told them to do it, and then the Internet kept serving them up clips of Donald Trump saying the words 'go and peacefully and patriotically protest'.
The clips on social media of Trump saying fight like hell, and then every personality saying he was calling for blood, are all undone by one little clip of Teump using the word 'peacefully' and that's my point, when 5 million people see a little girl in a truck crying, with a caption that ICE are arresting children, 4 million of them don't watch the update in which its actually the LA sherriff, removing a little girl in a murder case, but 1 million do, and they think, but why would they lie and say its ICE?
Repeat that process 3 times a week for 4 years, and millions of people lose trust with the media, and see Trump as a martyrd figure attacked unfairly.
That's why honesty is important!!!
Mate your analogy was stupid, I chose to give the the benefit of the doubt and ignored it...Care to answer my question and I'll address the rest of your post once you have
How about you answer the original question. What do you think the main thing the people attending the rally listening to Trumps speech took away from it?Mate your analogy was stupid, I chose to give the the benefit of the doubt and ignored it...
But fine, let me answer it, your analogy is too stupid to consider. You havnt mentioned the initiation of the conversation, some made the assertion that Trump only said fight like hell, and ignored the peaceful part.
So to make your analogy smarter, it would be like someone making the assertion that you didnt love your son, ignoring the fact that you stated you loved your son...
Not that there is a single person here making the claim that you only spoke lovingly to your son, which is what you're arguing against, but I have no idea why!
The main thing people took, is what that vast majority took, they protested and went home. Do you think that there were 100k people in the buildings? How about you answer the original question. What do you think the main thing the people attending the rally listening to Trumps speech took away from it?
So you agree the main thing they took away was NOT to be peaceful but in fact to do the opposite. Mmmmm, wonder why that is, could it be the 59 mins of him going on about the election being stolen and how they needed to fight like hell to get it back. Strange that there were people wanting to hang Mike Pence. Strange isn't it. It's not like Trump put any pressure on him or anything. Oh wait. The main thing people took, is what that vast majority took, they protested and went home. Do you think that there were 100k people in the buildings?
Do you think, that plumb who rocked up dressed like a warrior, was swayed by Trumps speech he didnt attend?
There were what, 1500 arrests, most for trespassing, or remaining in areas they werent supposed to, about 900 or so. Another few hundred were for obstruction.
So let's say there were what, 400 proper crimes occurred? Of a crowd of 80k to 100k (reported as 200k by Trump lol).
If Trump incited 400 crimes with a 60 minute speech, and said the word peaceful for 1 second, imagine how bad it could have got if he never mentioned peace hahahaha
Come on, your a smart guy, you wouldnt want someone like Maxine Waters convicted of inciting violence when she told people to turn up at Republicans houses, and to create a crowd and expell them from public places would you?
So you agree the main thing they took away was NOT to be peaceful but in fact to do the opposite. No, I think 80k people were convinced the election was stolen because Trump banged on about for the last hour (and a lot longer before that too)What? You think 80k people were convinced of fighting and overturning the government, only for 400 to perform serious crime? That's 79,600 lazy people hahahaha
No, I think 80k people were convinced the election was stolen because Trump banged on about for the last hour (and a lot longer before that too)
And the very reason many hundreds, if not thousands, of them were violent was because of Trump. For those that were peaceful, do you think they disagreed with people storming the capitol or do you think they were justified and if so why do you think that is?
It's such a stupid argument to make claiming Trump wanted it to be peaceful. If that's the case then why didn't he condemn it the second it turned violent? Why didn't he continue to call for peace before it turned violent? Why did he never say the calls for Pence to be hanged were outrageous and actually seemed to support Pence being punished? Why didn't he call for the national guard or other resources to help stop it? Why did he intervene to get the metal detectors removed? It is when it's 1 second in a hour long speech that has 59 mins and 59 seconds of banging on about how the election has been stolen and they need to fight to get it back.

If he wanted peace, why did he pardon those who committed acts of violence and lawlessness?
The guy practically had to have all members of his administration around him demand he do something before he made a bare minimum effort to call for peace ages after he should have done something. No way he can claim he wasn't aware of what was happening the second it happened. For anyone to pick out a tiny snippet of him saying to be peaceful and ignoring the hours of him calling for the opposite and his actions showing he wanted the opposite, they have to be an idiot or a bare faced liar.
