Everytime he brings up his “genius” Uncle who was at MIT, to somehow associate himself with him, reminds me of that scene in Blackadder goes Forth when George represented Edmund for killing that Pigeon. “So your uncle’s a barrister, but you’re not.” “Oh good god no…” apart from Trump is deluded to that he is some kind of genius.

When this gets to the supreme court it's going to be a very dangerous precedent. This is blatantly retaliatory action against people and institutions that are not his allies. If the supreme court allows it, then they are also allowing a future Democrat to do the same.
