Premiership Rugby 21/22 - Rd 16

Yh we have it off the bench for sure. Just surprised that Faletau was back and that i actually like your backline. With the likes of Spencer, Muir, Ojomoh, Bailey etc, you can threaten.

I'd back our pack for sure though.
Purely from a Bath perspective, Morozov and Cordwell are our only LHPs at the moment - and Morozov only because he happened to be free over in Russia.
De Toit is 2nd choice, and Doughty's in his first year out of the academy (as is Cordwell above, I think).
Rae 3rd choice and Verden fresh from the academy.
Richards and Dingley are both academy players - both still available for U20s I think.
Faletau and De Carpentier both first week back from injury - onnly alternatives are in the academy.

Backs are less disrupted, but still missing Cipriani, Redpath, Cokanasiga, McConnochie and Watson; whilst Prydie's been little better than an empty shirt since arriving in desperation - which is why I think TdG is only technically fit - I think if were as much as 85% fit, he'd be starting.

Having said all that, our injury list has dipped below 20 for the first time this season, even if our unavailable list hasn't (Stuart, Ewels, Redpath).

I can't really comment on your front row; but your locks will have us on toast, and your backrow will be licking their licks at the subtle variety offered by 3 specialist #8s.
The backlines won't get much of a say on the outcome of this one as only 1 team will have any quality of possession to play with.

See I'm fine with TMO intervention like that. In fact I think Carley and Foley have been communicating well overall, even if they don't know what an arm is. However, it's the inconsistency in other games that's frustrating. Too often those incidents aren't picked up, hell you go to Paris and the TMO basically has to beg the TV director for the right footage. The TMO really is an area that needs more consistency. If he's going to come in and reverse that penalty then it should happen consistently.

So Alo and Hislop are strong scrummagers for the most part especially with West and Cruse off the bench im happy. Fifita, Mills and Barbeary on the bench is good.
