Considering 7 has been Wales' most stacked position for over a decade (and I'd say it still is) it's very odd that you've ended up without a single one of them in your 23.

Sure, but with respect, in which positions don’t you currently lack a bit of talent outside your first couple of options?

I’d call Morgan, Reffell, Morse, Deaves and Basham a comparatively strong set of players to what you have in most other positions. Not saying they’re all world class or anything, but all decent enough.

I think we have a a lack of talent including our 1st choice options.

Morse isnt a 7, it would probably go Morgan, Reffell, Mann, Deaves, Basham for me, which is a relative area of strength in depth for Wales, but not for any other tier 1 nation.

This is the only thing you can praise him for. Work rate and he can play anywhere and do an average job.

Miss him? Im sick of the ****. Every event in any rugby stafium hes there DJ ing away ffs...

He was never consistent enough, he didnt make the physical grade until too late and he was made of glass because of it. His best rugby was in the welsh prem.

I agree he could never stay fit but when he was fit and he played he was great.

Put it this way, if it’s between him and Mann I’m asking Navidi to put his boots on after his set.

Think how I feel, my son couldn’t give a toss about Rugby. The first in our family to not play. He’s signed his first contract with a premier league team at age 9 and my dad just shrugs his shoulders and says “he’s not playing rugby though”

The things is, he’s not terrible player but it’s just annoying as we have so many other better options. Reffell is literally twice the player, for example.

Meh. Reffell doesn't do any more than Mann at international level. If anything Mann's a bit more aggressive. Reffell isn't the answer, never was.

Saying that, Mann isn't the answer at the moment either, especially at 7 where we have a few better options. But Mann was far from the biggest issue last week, in fact other than the one breakaway try from the kick off, we kept Argentina's back row relatively quiet. It was in the air and out wide where we really suffered, and neither of those issues can be levelled at Mann.

You'll know better than me but Reffell has always impressed when called upon from what I've seen although I admit I haven't watched him religiously.

Reffell offers so much more in my humble opinion. Will pretty much guarantee you 2 jackal turnovers a game, will clear out rucks much more effectively and I would say carries better as well due to being more physically suited to international rugby.

Even the supposed line out option which Tandy says Mann offers (which I accept Reffell most deftly doesn’t) and what does Mann do in first line out last week, drops the easiest of catches right in the bread basket so as I said earlier, what does Mann offer other than running round the place like a Springer Spaniel?

I agree that Beard and Thomas are bigger problems. Yes, Murray under the high ball was poor and you and me agree Rogers should be looked at 15 and it’s poor how he has been handled by Tandy already in my opinion. I could think of 3 other players to bin off before Rogers. In fact I could think of 6 or 7 others.

I don't care about performance today, we can concentrate on that for the next 4 games we'll inevitably lose. Have to win today. Have to.
