I know your game. You do this little jinx before every game. Please stop.I think it will be a comfortable win for Wales.
With a Beard hattrick.

Ha ha. Love the pic.Trust me, it is no game.
Considering 7 has been Wales' most stacked position for over a decade (and I'd say it still is) it's very odd that you've ended up without a single one of them in your 23.
Sure, but with respect, in which positions don’t you currently lack a bit of talent outside your first couple of options?Outside of Morgan, i think we lack talent there...

I'd call Morgan, Reffell, Morse, Deaves and Basham a comparatively strong set of players to what you have in most other positions. Not saying they're all world class or anything, but all decent enough.
People I would play ahead of Beard
Rhys Davies, Freddie Thomas, Fender, Carter, Huw Sutton, Plumtree, Tshiunza, Seb Davies, AWJ
I'm an absolute coward. Japan are 4/1 at Ladbrokes, went into my local one across the street and only put a fiver on it.
This is the only thing you can praise him for. Work rate and he can play anywhere and do an average job.You might be cowardly, Cardiff rugby are just flat out delusional:
"Alex Mann retains his place in the starting line-up, moving to openside flanker after impressing in last weekend's victory. Tandy praised the young forward's versatility and work rate"
I just cant...

God I miss Josh Navidi.
I agree he could never stay fit but when he was fit and he played he was great.Miss him? Im sick of the ****. Every event in any rugby stafium hes there DJ ing away ffs...
He was never consistent enough, he didnt make the physical grade until too late and he was made of glass because of it. His best rugby was in the welsh prem.
Butni was more talking about thebWales victory lol
I agree he could never stay fit but when he was fit and he played he was great.
Put it this way, if it's between him and Mann I'm asking Navidi to put his boots on after his set.
Probably for the best mate.Well sadly i wont get to see it...
Missus and baby have woken up unwell, so im on the clock, 6 hours of party prep before a 9 year old birthday party that starts the same time as KO!!
FMFL!!!!
The things is, he’s not terrible player but it’s just annoying as we have so many other better options. Reffell is literally twice the player, for example.I only caught a bit of the Argentina game last weekend but this thread has compelled me to watch the whole game this weekend just to see how bad Mann is. It's almost like he has taken the villain baton from Costelow.
Mann cam ready to be activated.
Meh. Reffell doesn't do any more than Mann at international level. If anything Mann's a bit more aggressive. Reffell isn't the answer, never was.The things is, he's not terrible player but it's just annoying as we have so many other better options. Reffell is literally twice the player, for example.

Think how I feel, my son couldn't give a toss about Rugby. The first in our family to not play. He's signed his first contract with a premier league team at age 9 and my dad just shrugs his shoulders and says "he's not playing rugby though"
Tough crowd.
Reffell offers so much more in my humble opinion. Will pretty much guarantee you 2 jackal turnovers a game, will clear out rucks much more effectively and I would say carries better as well due to being more physically suited to international rugby.Meh. Saying that, Mann isn't the answer at the moment either, especially at 7 where we have a few better options. But Mann was far from the biggest issue last week, in fact other than the one breakaway try from the kick off, we kept Argentina's back row relatively quiet. It was in the air and out wide where we really suffered, and neither of those issues can be levelled at Mann.
You shouldn’t be drinking this early in the morning mate. Especially with a 9 year old birthday party to go to.I pedict him to be betyer at 7, put that engine and agression to better use

Ha ha. Our first 2 games of the 6N are England and France. So if we lose today our next 4 games are NZ, SA, England and France. **** me. Talk about today being a must win. I don't care about performance today, we can concentrate on that for the next 4 games we'll inevitably lose. Have to win today. Have to.
I feel like we’ve done a bit role reversal today. You need to stop being so optimisticMark my words, Japan is primed for a Mann MOTM, they play wide and loose, and if theres one thing we can agree on he gets around the park, hes a far better 7 than 6 tbh.
I would love a whisky right now, Costco has killed me.
MAybe thats what Tandy is targeting?
Argentina and Japan are too important to start working through a new gameplan with 2 weeks prep, and maybe why we are seeing Sheratts game being played. We should havr beaten Japan 2-0 in the summer (if it wasnt for you) with the same game plan and playing staff... so Tandy might see the first 2 games as status quo, and then start his new regime proper with 4 games where we dont stand a chance in hell...
From a coaching POV that makes sense

The beeb are going to love 'Mann of the match' if they have the balls to gender it
