I agree with the assessment of the punishment, however Byrne was involved in play; He made a tackle on Youngs in what could have been a breakaway try. Every event affects the outcome of the game.

In past incidences there has been no replay ... FACT!!! Therefore the likely outcome is a fine.

Ospreys will also counter argue that at one point the Tigers fielded an extra man.

Supposedly one of the touch judges said that at some point Leicester had also had 16 men.

I can't see Leicester getting their replay, there is no precedent for a replay and their own head coach has publicly said it didn't make a difference to the result.
