Well when one brother is good usually the other isn't too far off. Especially if they're twins. I just think it's bound to be likely. Australia have had two sets of twins in the last 5 years I think. Was Brett Lee's brother a twin?

Gone to the ultimate cricket brain and found out that it has never happened in mens ODIs or Tests but it happened in a womens ODI last year. James was 12th man aswell, so really it hasn't ever happened in mens at all.

If Adams plays i can see him getting plasted all over the feild of course i would LOVE to be wrong

Well adams won't be in the team his viral illness has come again which means either papps or james marshall will be 12th man

Yea identical twins not really many in cricket. Twins the most famous pair the Waughs.

another dissapointing performance from the black caps. Tuffey has just lost it completey now he needs to be dropped. Also need alot better starts to few runs are getting scored in the first 25 overs and its leaving way too much for the rest of the team. The top order needs to start peforming Fleming and astle aren't doing much. Also vettori has injured his back again and he could be out for the next 2 games.

Papps
Astle
Fleming
H Marshall
J Marshall
McMillan
Cairns
McCullum
Mills
Hamilton
Patel

What do you see in Hamilton? Aldridge got twice as many wickets as him in the state shield... yes he's a left armer but he had crap figures over the last 4 day game. Patel... hmmm

Vincent first

Then we could do with Harry, Oram, Bond, Styris, Mason, Butler... Meh, our cricket is going down...........

New Zealand ring the changes
Cricinfo staff
February 27, 2005
The New Zealand squad has been changed for the last two one-dayers against Australia, with the injured Michael Papps and the out-of-form Daryl Tuffey replaced by Craig Cumming and Lance Hamilton, who has yet to play an international game.

Papps retired hurt after being struck on the head by a Brett Lee delivery in the third one-dayer and did not return to the crease. Tuffey too had an abbreviated stint in the same game: his opening over took 14 balls to complete and included four wides, four no-balls and two hits to the fence. His two-over spell gifted 25 runs before he was taken out of the attack. His series figures stand at one wicket for 185 runs and an economy-rate of 8.05.

Cumming made his one-day debut on the tour to Pakistan in 2003. After 10 average games, he was left out of the side. With Andre Adams unfit and Tuffey out of the side, the chances of Hamilton making his debut at the age of 31 are high. In 49 first-class games, Hamilton has claimed 182 wickets at an average of 25.12, and in 53 one-dayers, 63 at 28.26.

Squad Stephen Fleming (capt), Nathan Astle, Craig Cumming, Hamish Marshall, James Marshall, Craig McMillan, Chris Cairns, Brendon McCullum (wk) Daniel Vettori, Kyle Mills, Jeff Wilson, Lance Hamilton.

Yeah i agree Gaffaney should be in the team

should be interesting game with nz batting first. No vettori that has to be a big blow for nz team he has been in great form with the ball and handy with the bat

NZ all out for 233 proabbly 20 -30 runs short cairns going out proabbly cost nz getting to 250+ he was hitting the ball really well. NZ can still win but need to bowl well and get early wickets

Aussie cruising 118/2 after 15 overs only need another 116 to win i see bringing in Cummings and Hamilton worked great..NOT Bloody NZ bowlers cant bowl the right lines

aus well in control 163/2 off 23 overs. Bowling crap again wilson going at 9 an over Hamilton just over 8 an over Cairns 5 and Mills around 6.

What ODIs? Lets just forget that ****. A side for the tests anybody?

Gaffaney
Papps
Fleming
Astle
Styris
McMillan
McCullum
Vettori
Wiseman
Franklin
Martin

Spin is the only thing the Aussies are repecting. Or perhaps its just Vettori. Only 1 way to find out
<
If Wisemen f***s up then McMillan, Styris and Astle will need to bowl heaps. Damn we need Oram / Butler / everybody...

We will get smashed in the tests we cant bat in the second innings to save ourselves

O'Brien in for the tests. A bit weird as he hasn't exactly taken wickets at a rate of knots. Perhaps what they are looking at him is his ability to bowl maidens. He bowled 53 maidens from 197 overs in the state chamionship. So thats 1 in 4 overs are maidens.
