Bath v Ulster

John Hayes got 5 weeks for stamping on someones face, so if he is banned it should only be 1 or 2 (then again, he's not an irish international/it was on an irish international, so he could be looking at 70+ weeks)[/b]

Are you French?

Ferris limping around. He does so much for that Ulster team...it's unbelievable like.

It's all a conspiracy!
The ERC are out to get us!

No i'm not, i was making a joke :p I was just saying: if Grewcock is banned, it'll only be for one or two games, i reckon (though the length of bans atm is all over the shop, so it could be anything)

Hayes is pretty lucky he was only banned for 5 weeks compare to Ollie Azam who got banned for 12 weeks for kicking Borthwick's face which from my point of view was bloody ridiculous. i think they let Hayes off cos he's Irish International. Same thing Borthwick was holding onto to Azam's ankle and he was trying to get away from him.

Grewcock should be sent to discipline school. I mean his discipline record must be weight like a tons!

That's justice the way i see it

Ferris is an absolute Beast.

But think it was a mixture of Bath been terrible and Ulster been good.

As for Hape and Banahan lads seriously they are majorly over-rated and not international class

Did anyone else think Bath looked alright today? Took the trip up from London and thought they showed a bit of promise and a bit of commitment to the cause when they went down to 14. When they started their offloading game they looked dangerous - even though they f***ed up every try scoring opportunity. With James and Barkley back next week I reckon we can start mounting a challenge for top 6 - only 4 points away. Thought Watson, Hape, Banahan and Mears had good games, in that order too. Thoughts?

Any youtube for the stamp?[/b]
Dunno, but it was malicious - Grewcock stepped on the forearm and lifted his other foot to get full pressure on, then twisted the studs for a couple of seconds.

At least Ferris knows he's doing something right when inferior players keep snapping at him. Good thing he's made of ***anium.

There was another stamp (Leinster match, I think) on someone's knee at a ruck when the ball was free.

Give over, the whole thing was over in two seconds.

I thought Bath played very well considering they had 14 men for most of the match, came close to scoring on several occasions, just couldn't finish anything

Saw the stamp from the Leinster match, Rautenbach on one players thigh and Nathan Hines' neck/shoulder area, nasty enough.

f*** all the stamping controversy btw, Trimble's try was f***ing epic as was Cave's. Paddy's try showed what he can do in the tight 12 channel, D'arce would have been proud.

I heard that a Bath player was sent off but don't know who.

I'mm gonna guess Grewcock.

Two brilliant tries. Andrew Trimble should be Ireland's left wing during the 6 Nations.

To think I was worried when Denis Hickie was retiring. He's really come back into form and Cave would be pushing for a place at centre for Ireland if Bod wasn't Bod.

Cave would be a handy partner for Jamie Roberts actually. But he's not Welsh.
