Castres were more than a handful for Wasps and could have possibly even came away with more than a losing bp but they need to back that up here against the strongest Italian side in the competition who are more than capable of pulling off a shock at the Pierre Antoine, unlikely but capable nonetheless.

Castres have made 6 changes to their team with Loustalet and Canavosio coming into the backline, there's 2 changes in the front row with Hoeft and Saayman in for Girogadze and Castex, Karim Ghezal partners Pascal Papé in the second row while Julien Puricelli comes in for Tabacco.

Meanwhile Treviso also make 6 changes from their opening day defeat with Sartoretto, Perziano and Semenzato coming into the backs, while up front there's also 3 changes with Allori, Sutto and Ansell all slotting in.
