Gta v

Trailer out at 8:30 am Pacific time which is 8 hours behind GMT usually(Although it was an hour less this weekend as American clocks hadn't gone back, surely they have by now, perhaps a North American friend could clarify?)

Just checked it on World Clocks there now, they're 7 hours behind so the trailer is released at 3:30 PM today.

Graphics look superb!

San Andreas was a good shout! That's not Tommy Vercetti from Vice City narrating is it?!
It's going to be coming out around the 10year anniversary of Vice City as well

So after saying that Vice City and San Andreas were the best GTA games we could be looking at Vice City but set in San Andreas - I'm happy with that :p

Great graphics, really hope we can play golf as a mini game in this one!

They killed the game by changing the driving simulator to make it more 'realistic'. Change it back for more high speed joy rides.

Also, bring back the gliding car cheat, that is probably my favourite cheat in any game. I liked how you really needed to get some pace up in the earlier games

Bring back Hot Chocolate minigame :) and little things like being able to mod cars again and eating for energy and being able to workout or buy all sorts of clothes. When is the release date?

Haven't actually had a GTA game before and this will come out around the time games such as Rugby Challenge, Assassins Creed 3 and possibly Battlefield 3 will start getting really boring and I'll be in need of a new game. (As you can see games can last me a long time it's mainly because I kind of binge on ps3 every now and then the rest of the time I'm sober) :D

I hope it's Tommy Vercetti, he's undoubtably my favourite main character.

It actually looks pretty good. It looks like it's still carried a lot of the features from GTA IV, but with any luck the landscape will make it slightly less boring. I prefer the current driving system (partly because I've become very good at it), but I hope we get all the vehicles avalible to us from previous games (especially planes). I'm wondering how big the world will be. San Andreas had a massive world, which is one of the reasons why it was so amazing. Hoping that GTA V will have a similar sized map.

You can see mountains at some point, so with anyluck it will have a good range of enviroments. Is the mountain Mr Chilliad?

Back to California already? Pass.

In fairness, other than NY and California, very few places would really get such an interest. GTA: Utah?

I would have thought they may have wanted to expand it to Los Vegas (Ventras) as it wasn't really given too much credit in the San Andreas version, and there is a lot of potential (is it going to be just LA, or will the other places be included?). I'm also suprised they haven't made one of Texas or more importantly, they haven't looked to use an overseas city like London or Paris (well, other than GTA: London which was a part of the original bird's eye view game).

How about Chicago? A city famous for murderers and prisons with a monster sized and unique grid for an open world game. It didn't even have to be Chicago of course, but it was odd you mentioned Utah and or even Texas. I would have taken a European city any day. You also have to admit that the games are getting stale as it feels like you're playing the same missions over and over.

GTA: Johannesburg... Now that would be hardcore!! Nigerian Druglords, Corrupt Officials, Unlicensed Taxi Drivers, Serial Rapists, Drunk hobo's, horny students and no form police enforcement anywhere...

Implement the District 9 license and we have ourselves a winner.

GTA Amsterdam would suck: getting pulled over for not wearing your seatbelt, your car being towed for parking in the wrong place, legal hookers who cost a fortune and houses you have to pay a million bucks for

I think Chicago would be very similar to GTA 3. It's not that it isn't a different city, it's just that it has pretty much all the elements of New York. i would have loved them to do a European city as well.

I'd love a GTA: Wellington, where the climactic final mission would be robbing a dairy in Ngaio after graffiting a house in Churton Park.

A GTA: Europe edition would be amazing! Imagine this:

GTA Europe
You live in London, a city that never sleeps, quite like New York. During the game you can travel to Rome, Berlin, Paris and Moscow and each city has it's own missions. It is unlikely to be released in the near future but I would seriously pay 120 euro's for it
