I think it was more ye flashed cash on something ye didn't need over what ye did need. Nothing to do with us as we were blocked too. More up North. Nucifora had never helped us or won us a thing. It was also Humphreys who was key. In fairness he had looked after Leinster very very well financially and recruitment wise too

No likes of the great work from Tom Tierney, Greig Oliver and others did that. Nucifora had no input and blocked many signings. Also his big failure was probably putting to much if not all his investments in to 1 team and not delivering a European Cup the last 5 years. Maybe he will get it as his parting gift. As is clear to say figures and funding don't lie regards where Nucifora had his love. The women's game demonstrates that more. And Leinster having a larger squad wage total overall against Toulouse as Murray Kinsella reported shows that.
