At 35 that could be it unfortunately, which would be a terrible way to end your career. Though compared with some players retiring through injury in their early to mid 20's it could be worse.
Sale Sharks have, essentially, bought Sale FC.
Loaned them a load of cash and have an agreement to lend them players coaches and support staff. Ambition is to get then into the championship.
