If Irish 4 teams and Scottish 2 teams automatically qualify for the Heineken Cup, what is the meaning of Rabo 12?
The qualification from Scotland/Ireland/Wales/Italy should be changed to that based on the result of Rabo 12.

Edit: Defending the point on the Irish teams, are you really going to say Leinster, Ulster and Munster don't deserve a spot in the HEC? & Connacht can join since Leinster won the last HEC so I can't see the problem there.
