And @Vieux Talonneur, i doubt those players are guilty or lazy, surely it's just the game plan.
Less the 0 carries and more a comment on the general intensity. We have been playing at a fairly low intensity all tournament, which is actually ok if you felt you could get through without going too hard. The flip side of that is now we cannot keep anything held back for the final as it's very unlikely we will get there. If we aren't going absolutely all out balls to the wall now, then we never will.
 
It depends on the structure too. Lawes is usually a wide forward in a 1-3-3-1 structure, and usually a hooke rtakes the other side for ease after lineouts.
Potentially Earl's dynamism lead to him taking precedence in a 3 man pod, but surprised by Curry who I think runs really nice lines at times. If they go more phases at a time in attack, you'll see more disparity in terms of who's carrying in the pod, but just going three phases likely means same people set up to attack each time off set piece etc
