Rio Dyer is Newport Dragons lad, always been quick but had hands like shovels, tackled with his eyes closed etc...

Last 2 seasons hes really progressed, nowhere near world class, or even finished product, but great strides.

Apparently, I've heard that LRZ was calling himself the fasted ever welshman, Rio Dyer challenged him, and they went head to head over 25m, 40m, and 100m.
