You know this is a joke, its a PR stunt, and another example of public intimidation. If they were targeting areas of high reports, or sexual assaults etc that would be one thing, but this is all high street in front of cameras nonsense.
Just look at the new employment legislation, making employers responsible for how third parties make employees feel, its ludicrous.
