Overhype of "world's best" Dan Cole

Oh Okay then, what about Coenie Oosthuizen? A monster of a man, good scrummager (as he showed vs England in June 2012). Great poacher, and an awesome runner with the ball.

Or does he not qualify as he doesn't play Heineken Cup?

I'd say Coenie is a monster in the loose. No other prop poaches as well as him (I'm including Jenkins and Cole and would call on the stats to back me up but can't find the others') and he is a handful with ball in hand but he is very very raw ITO scrummiging although very big which means he either dominates or gets dominated at the scrum depending on how streetsmart the opposition prop is. Also tends to be a little lazy in the tackle (which is exactly where he should channel that agression and dickheadedness he posesses).

Certainly a good prospect for the Bokke if Pieter de Villers and Os can sort his technique out between them or at least get him to hold his own if he can't get one over on the opposition. Has to not drop off tackles as well which again is just down to technique. But the raw ingredients for the next 'Os' is there and he is still young for a prop at 23.

I think SA has some good prospects coming through with Steenkamp off and JdP and the Beast in doubt (age and heart problems). How I rate them and not accounting for overseas based players (Mujati, Du Preez, H VdMerwe, WP Nel and Van Staden to name a few);

JC Janse van Rensburg
Steven Kitshoff

TH
Marcel van der Merwe
Pat Cilliers
Coenie Oosthuizen (though he can easily be our best if work pays off)

I'll think you'll actually find that Southern Hemisphere is far more Southern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere than Northern Hemisphere. In the Southern Hemisphere men are men - and women are more attractive than in the Northern Hemisphere. Our grass grows long and mighty - but are perfectly cut. Our children are happier and stronger in the Southern Hemisphere. The sky is bluer, summers last longer and our policemen are taller. The Northern Hemisphere people have foreign accents, worse rugby players - and lack a soul.

... then He realises his missus is misbehaving, walks down to the local pub, finds the guy rutting his missus, and beats him to death...

Haha - when I was talking about the Foden, Kearny, Halfpenny mention of form - I actually wasn't considering the recent Lions debate. I was talking about the verious opinions and threads started since 2009 - the Lions debate meerly highlights this. Every 6 Nations there is the new best fullback in the world - based off that temporary form. With regards to Adam Jones - it's almost fair to say that in your opinion he is the best in the world - as he's consistently been somewhere around the top for the last 3-4 seasons. I personally wouldn't rate him as the best - but he's there or there abouts.

By the way - heard Carl Hayman has looked much better for Toulon this season?

Your fullback thing is way off as the three who are talked about have been consistent apart from as I said injuries. OK Halfpenny was only moved to 15 a little over a year ago but he was always a quality consistent player before that too. Also of course players will be talked up when they're on form thats what happens you can't really say the best in the world more the best in the world at the moment imo. I mean has Dagg or Franks never had a bad game?

Yes Hayman has been good for Toulon every time I've seen him.

Sorry this post is almost serious way out of keeping with the thread.

I would chime in but as a Bok fan I avoid talking about fullbacks altogether as we havn't had one in a while.

Allan Dell, Maks van Dyk.
We've just signed on like three props alongside some centres, so good news for SA.

Never happen as he is too busy looking in the mirror and his dick disappeared years ago behind his overdeveloped groin muscles.
