A Political Thread pt. 2

Arresting judging, waging war on academic institutions, arresting lawmakers, removing all government watchdogs, but I'm sure this is just another perfectly normal administration with someone who's just a bit brash at the head of it.
I'm sure a Dem president once got a little annoyed at a university, and another disagreed with a judge - before doing nothing at all about it.
Which makes both sides exactly the same...

We'll just ignore the fact that judges, law enforcement and politicians have broken the law and evaded consequences forever.

I would hope that we all agree with upholding the law, and stopping those working the system from being protected by the system?

If a judge breaks the law, they should be charged, and not allowed to retire early, quit, or have their hand slapped while continuing to break the law?

Can we all agree on that, that noone is arguing judged should have total impunity to act as they see fit?

It was the 'dim the lights' instruction that made it so contrived and ridiculous. I'm convinced Netanyahu asked him to do it as payback for the genocide case raised by SA against Israel.

Tango man is beholden to two of the biggest war criminals on the planet. In fact Netanyahu makes Putin look like a pussy cat on the humanitarian front.

Trump administration takes over a non-profit organisation set up by Congress during the cold war to promote peace using force. Irony completely lost on all of them. No doubt there is an excuse some will give for this too and how it's all perfectly normal, or just whinge that the video image looks like something they don't like.

Started to watch it, but got a headache by 3 mins. I wish some of these videos weren't done at double speed making it easier to understand, it's a 32 min video which would have worked at an hour as well.

So not one person will acknowledge that noone is above the law?!?!

You guys are hilarious! Surely, if there's common ground that was it?

To see you @Ragey Erasmus laugh but not agree judges need to be held accountable when they break the law is sad...
