I've seen plenty worse players than Tom James. Yes, you're aware of his limitations, but it was nowhere near his fault we beat your or even humped you.

I think the reason that Tom James gets more stick than lesser players is because he is so close to being a very good winger. As a natural athlete and running with the ball he is superb, it makes it so much more frustrating that he can't get his head up and see what everyone else can.
