You copy those PSSG files into Rugby Challenge 3/data/pc/actors/player/strips et voilà.

NOTE: Spainish teams use different shorts and socks every time they play, so I just picked one.

I draw mine in Gimp on a template (one of the predominantly white custom kits). I save it as PNG file convert it into DDS with a program avaliable online. Then using Ryder PSSG editor I overwrite chosen kit (for example strp_dif_112_h.pssg (or how is it called properly). And that's it, to be honest.
