Now 17 consecutive wins for Cyprus to pass the 2011-12 All Blacks run of 16 wins. Cyprus is now one off from tying the record, and is expected to do so. The record is 18 consecutive wins by Lithuania from 2006-2010, and the All Blacks this season came mighty close until their draw with the Wallabies in the 3rd Bledisoe test.
Cyprus' next match is against Bulgaria March 16 at home. Their final game of the season will be an away match at Hungary, and with it a possible chance to set a new rugby record. And it doesn't look like Cyprus is going to lose any time soon. Cyprus sports an 21-1-0 record in test rugby (only loss was to Israel 4 years ago). Cyprus only played their first international on March 24, 2007; a 39-3 win vs. Greece. Their squad is selected from a group of fewer than 70 eligible players cobbled together from as many as nine European countries, although more than 50 per cent are generally based in Cyprus at any one time. Here are some numbers on Cyprus:
During streak
17 game winning streak
PF-PA Diff: 796-103, +693
Average score: 47-6
Closest game: 4th consecutive win, 8-6 vs. Bosnia Herzegovina, 21 March 2009. This is the only win by less than 10 points. Bosnia & Herzegovina are the only team to have lost by less than 20. They also lost in a return match the following year by only 15.
Only 3 times has an opponent broke double digit scoring. In 2010 Greece scored 13 (score 33-13), Finland in 2011 put up 10 (score: 70-10), and this year Austria 20 (score: 54-20)
3 shutouts.
Only 3 times has Cyprus scored less than 30.
11 times Cyprus has scored at least 40.
Loss to Israel was on September 6, 2008 (Cyprus' 5th test match). I had not even heard of rugby at that time let alone playing. Score was 23-14.

That win vs. Bosnia & Herzegovina previously mentioned (8-6 win) was only time Cyprus has not broken double digit scoring.
Only 5 times has an opponent scored double digits on Cyprus. In addition to the previous 4 mentioned, Monaco scored 10, but Cyprus won 19-10 in test match #3.
Only 4 times has Cyprus not broken 20.
Only 6 times has Cyprus not broken 30.

Only 2 wins came by less than 10 (2007 vs. Monaco, 2009 vs. Bosnia & Herzegovina). Only loss (to Israel) was only by 9 points.
Cyprus has dominated test rugby since their debut to say the least, and they seem to be only getting stronger.
