Sale v Munster

Mafi raped Chabal and saved a try. Some slick hands from McAlister, but Mafi's tackle was very important there.
6 - 13 HT

Great break by McAlister but what a hit by Mafi on Chabal, yet again getting the treatment from Munster.

Sale's defence held firm again; preventing about 3/4 try-scoring oppurtunities. Hopefully we can start the 2nd half like we finished the first half...

It has been a huge defensive effort so is it gonna take its toll in the second half, Munster are looking an awful lot sharper this week and you'd think that should the chances present themselves they won't squander them like last week.

To be fair, it'll depend on who has most possession. Sale had nothing in the first half and only conceded 1 try. If they fire in the second half then we could easily be back in the game... I hope! :(
Ridiculous from Keil
16 - 6 to Munster now...

Sale offside in front of the kicker, not the start to the second half they would have been looking for. O'Gara slots the kick.

The difference between the two sides is stability at the breakdown. O'Leary kicked a cracking touch finder under pressure whereas Peel's been under crippling pressure all afternoon...
Important penalty for McAlister... Needs to go over; it's definitely an easy one...
Yeee---hawww! 16 - 9

Sale looking a lot more dangerous since Peel went off. Chance now for Sale to cut the gap.

Poor chip back from Skinny and Hodgson makes him pay with the grubber down the line.

McAlister's slip to Cueto was sublime, but Cueto's run there was awesome. C'mon Sale!
YES! TRY SCHOFIELD UNDER THE POSTS! :D

Game on now. Definitely Sale's for the taking now, massive improvement in the second half, Munster simply can't get their hands on the ball.

Nice lying on the wrong side by Munster there. <_< Doesn't matter, Howlett almost killed us there.

The turning point of the game? O'Gara had that kick but the referee didn't call it. o_O

Brilliant response from Munster, Sale in complete control in the second half but what a reply from Munster.

Good man Wallace.
