Back when Phil Larder was Englands defensive Guru i remember him saying the players he has most admiration for were those with abilities you couldn't coach, as he could teach anyone to be a brilliant defender, it's just a question of work. But runners like Robinson could do the unexpected and beat any defence.

But I have a lot of video footage on Serevi from back in the 80's and early 90s when he was just amazing....i can do most of his moves in a real 15's game...It freezes the defense and distracts the other defenders...than I just pass and its try time. [/quote]

Wow, I guess we'll be seeing a lot of you on tv then in the future will we?

I can do all Lomu's moves. I can catch a ball and run directly at the opposition. Problem is they don't scatter like flies for me :wah:

Tana Umaga or Lomu.
Both of them when they were at their peak were so strong at virtually broke the line at will. They were fast, strong and could defend. Even when they were off their game they were still a nightmare for the opposition.

Best players. Just a few in no particular order of favouritism.
