What is this?! And people are saying the lesser nations have no place at the world cup!

indeed ireland are looking like they will knock off pakistan. good job by bangladesh knocking off the indians who were among the favourties for the world cup. you would think bangladesh would knock off bermuda too making the india v sri lanka clash vital especially for india now.

sri lanka just spanked bangladesh, no surprise there.

So if Sri Lanka can beat India and Bangladesh beat Bermuda (which is possible) then the Bangladeshies go through. Shock? i think so.

But if India beat Sri Lanka then the Bangladeshies will have to beat Bermuda by a mammoth total, i dont really see them beating them by enough though. They will nead to beat them by around 250 runs o_O thanks to the 400 odd that India got against Bermuda. We can only hope for a Sri Lanka win right?

well having got that now the weather seems to be trying its best to keep India in the tournament but given that Bermuda are 45-4 halfway through their innings it's seems like the inevitable is just being prolongued. Whether we'll get this game finished today though remains to be seen.

well it's done and dusted now, Bangladesh have taken their place in the Super 8 following their win in a shortened game against Bermuda today.
