England don't need help to get knocked out in the group stages, but looks like WR want to try and help. Short of Gardner that can't get much worse.

I agree for the most part, it is an impossible job. Mainly fans want consistency.

The laws themselves are utterly byzantine, and, at 163 pages, a hard copy could be used to fend off a marauding Springbok prop.

This journalist obviously hasn't read UK tax legislation.

World Rugby has achieved a consistency of a sort. SA games are consistently refereed by Ben O'Keefe.
