He's the ref, it's his responsibility to send someone from the field of play if he thinks they're in danger there.
You don't need to be a physio to see a match-ending injury has ended someone's match.

Did france change their attack coach post world cup? They look far differnt in that phase, dupont is huge obviously, but normally they would kick you into horrible positions seems to have been lacking this year. Much more ball in hand.
