Clearly the best fly-half at the minute, but wouldn't rate him as strongly as Diego Dominguez. To score over 1,000 points in test rugby for a 'weak' rugby nation is pretty awesome.
But still probably had more chances to gain points with the Five Nations and World Cups. Italy didn't enter the Five Nations until 2000
