I will make it. For the second skin you can assign it with Woosaa's editor. Check gloves on and you need the Mega Update Patch installed because the second skin replaces the gloves.

I made a Tuilagi face, but it isn't very good! Do you want it? It has dreads, but the face seem to skew no matter if i use a real photo or what.

The key of the faces is in the .o model. It doesn't matter if you have the best photo for the texture. The texture is important to use it as a guide to edit the .o model. But as i said the key is in OEdit .
You just need to use the template for OEdit texture that i've made and oedit a lot. It's realy helpful to use all the tools like select points, scale, move, etc. And remember to put the zoom as close as possible for the details. It's all about time and practice.
But i can make it anyway if you want Gary. I think that my Vainikolo model could be used because the hair style. But it needs to be oedited to looks like Tualagui with his face texture.

Uli, i will send you the face image i made. It is fine, it's just as you explain when it is put on a model that is not 100% suited you end up with Tuilagi looking like that.
