I only recall 1 on 1 tackles. If they were there, they didn't appear when I was playing.

Think the game Olyy vs. Me I noticed a few two on one tackles.

I am in the process of doing a like for like comparison vid, however this'll do for now.

Bare in mind this is a heavily modified (therefore superior then normal) version of Rugby 08 running in the vid.

Bit of both - the harder the level you played against the more the wind and player skills came into effect

looks like they have ripped out the option of manually manipulating the camera during the replays via the pause menu
is that true
i never used the default camera angles when doing replays, you want to be able to see what in front of the player before the break etc

Correct - if you read through the playtest thread I mentioned it

No, but Dave Attwood was oddly enough
These weren't the finalised squads though, remember, as they haven't been announced yet

just want to comment when you were ireland playn fiji... was that medium? gaps opened up easily, and looked to simple to break the line by running that angle like 08

Yeah, if he's in the 30man squad that goes to New Zealand he'll be in the game (HB have said that the squads in the game will be the squads that go to the WC)

Though actually, thinking about it, Englands last warmup is the day after release, so maybe it'll update with the correct squads before release or something?


Englands squad had Dave Attwood in it, and he's not even in the extended 45man squad, so I think they must have just guessed at the squads before they were announced
Hopefully they do update, because it'd be rubbish not having the right squads....
