Ford as captain is an interesting choice for out first game without Hooper (permenantly) I know Louw is usually the other choice but I'd rather have someone like Banahan who has shown leadership/decison making qualities in dying minutes of games recently. Ford is still trying to find form I;d rather not add to his burdens.

We're gonna miss Seymour at the breakdown.
Neild is excellent, and TT is as good as you could want from a hooker, but Ioane is really there for his carrying the absence of Beaumont. He also gives away his fair share of penalties in play.

I'd imagine you would want his lineouts to be better than last week. The commentators were debating if he should be relieved of his throwing duties after 30 mins, due to his 50% success rate.

I was talking about the breakdown but even so: one swallow doesn't make a summer, he's had one of the best throw in success rates of any hooker in the premiership this season.

I know you have a vested interest because you want everyone to seem as poor as LCD, but not the case here :p

Wonder why Ford snr would make Ford Jnr Captain.

I really don't have a clue as to why.

Nor me. As if goal kicking and scratching around for form in a team that's scratching around for form aren't enough pressures. Not exactly a follow me over the top type either. My guess is that he'll try too hard to weave his magic and end up being charged down or intercepted.

Farrell on the other hand I can see maturing into a captaincy role, at least at club level.

Exeter are officially crap if they can't put points on us in the second half.

Gonna keep saying it. Marshall for England.

Glous why are you SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO crap?

I mean your crap players somehow get England caps, yet your talented ones languish on the wider fringes of the England squad.

Although always have a soft spot for Glous for bringing the memories of the 2006-07 final, and the 2007-08 Semi final at kingsholm.

Good times.

Is it me or is Morgan a hell of a lot fatter and slower ATM?

I mean I swear when he toured down under he look quicker.

Good try Glous

Respectfully disagree. Our good players get Scottish and Welsh caps and out crap players get shunted in the scrum.

Still beat Nowell for pace. :p

Thrush gently caresses the Exe player's shoulder in the air.

Penalty to Exe.

I can definitely see why Kvesic isn't getting selected for England, we can't be having that breakdown work in our squad!

Nice to see Gloucester taking the Lancaster school of thinking of carrying the ball with minimal pace through the forwards.

lol somehow we got points out of that atrocious 16-phase play
