Cipriani should be the one but I honestly don't think he will ever be capped again now at this point, It seems to be like he is Blacklisted and will just be constantly overlooked as people cannot seem to forget his past, Yes he has screwed up and played poor but this season he has been the most focused iv probably ever seen him and his performances have been excellent majority of games, Has more flair then dullard Farrell but just not as good of a kicker
