Investec Champions Cup 23/24 - Rd 4

Yeah it's either a red card or nothing. From the video I lean more towards red card cause that looks more like a curb stomp than a clear out.
Why? The flowchart I've seen appears to make it clear that mitigation can be implied to what would otherwise be red card decisions, reducing them to yellow, as the panel appear to have retrospectively done.
 
Assuming that the below is up to date, reckless head contact is a red. It can be mitigated down to a yellow if it is deemed not to be intentional or highly reckless, which is what it appears to me that the panel have concluded.

I don't think that applies to this incident:

It'd be very very loose interpretation to include that as a dangerous cleanout given Bealham wasn't in the ruck.
