Ospreys v Perpignan
Date: Saturday 18 October 2008
Venue: Liberty Stadium
Kickoff - 15:30, Live Sky Sports/FR2
</div>

So having gotten the bonus point in what was a surpringly poor first half effort from such a quality outfit it's a chance to redeem themselves this weekend in what should be nothing more than a convincing victory against a side which was incapable of getting a bonus point at home to Treviso.

Perpignan will be travelling in pure trepidation ahead of what is bound to be an onslaught from the Ospreys and without Dan Carter to stem what is bound to be a vicious Ospreys tide it could well be a long day for the Catalans.

The Ospreys to show their obvious class that has so many putting them down as contenders for this trophy.

I fully expect, no sorry demand a win here, along with the performance that's required from a team of such quality! Last week just wasn't good enough. Any bets on Holley making a u-turn on the Gavin Henson front after todays comments on bbc sport? They certainly need him, as the midfield was woefull last week!

From what i've heard Gav is still out for another game (might he be playing for Swansea this weekend?!) but yeah, i too am (as is every other ospreys supporter) demanding a win here.
We're strong at home, the French are known for not travelling well.
Let's take advantage of that and actually rope together some plays and execute them correctly. I know it sounds like i'm asking for the f***ing world, but if we lose tomorrow, then we can kiss another year of heineken rugby good bye.

Ospreys lineup has been anounced:

Ospreys: L Byrne; T Bowe, A Bishop, J Hook, S Williams; D Biggar, R Webb; P James, H Bennett, A Jones; A Wyn-Jones, I Evans; R Jones ©, M Holah, F Tiatia.

Reps: R Hibbard, D Jones, I Gough, A Lloyd, T Smith, D Bishop, J Vaughton.

What a great chance for Dan Biggar to show what he is capable of, really looking forward to seeing this 19 y/o perform on the big stage. I can't believe Paul james has kept his starting place, the scrum was a complete mess last week untill Duncan came on to sure things up! Also, how come Hibbard has lost his place, he offers more round the park than Bennett, and I thought Bennett had a worse showing than Hibbard last week lineout time (though neither were up to sratch!).

Considering the injury list, still a very good side there. Perpingian have even more injury woes though, not nice to see any team loose so many first choice players!

Gavin Henson could be on the bench this afternoon according to BBC Radio Wales, there's doubts over Hook.

Nervy enough start from both sides, handlong errors all over the shop, easy penalty though now for Perpignan, that should settle them.

That's a fantastic kick from whoever the hell kicked it.

6 - 0 to Perpignan. And penalty to teh HSprays from the restart. D:
Yep, cracking return from Biggar. 6 - 3

Yeah not seen him before, Barnes unsurprisingly getting on my nerves already.

Think it's safe to assume that Paul will be cited for that, lucky not to be still on the pitch.

Whoever took that ball back into contact needs to be shot, they were screaming for the ball to go wide there. Moronic play.

 Ospreys are looking useless in attack. Even if they escape this game with a victory, they'll not get further than Leicester at home, I feel...

They've certainly stepped it up in the second half but are taking the wrong options too many times.

9-9 now.

Ooomph, get of jail card for the Ospreys there... The last 20 minutes of this game are looking to be tense...
