[Pacific Nations Cup] United States vs. Canada. 21/06/14

Canada really need to stop USA building momentum - they've got some strong runners that Can shouldn't be giving an inch of space to.

just tuned in how has Scully played so far?
Well, imo.

Took his try well - was similar to that one that......Wales(?) f**ked up, where the winger passes inside, then the player is tackled short and pops it back up to the winger, except the ball didn't go forward this time, and Scully went over for the try.

Canada retake the lead with a converted try from Pritchard!

Wow, and as I type that Hearn goes in for a try!

HEARN!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAH After an atrocious first 38 minutes Canada now lead 28-18!!!

Dunno, but Mulder is looking ******.....

I give up.

cheers.

No offence to Canada, as I'm supporting them of the two, but there's no way they're 10pts better than USA this half!

28-18 HT

Yeaqh Canada only played well for 5 minutes that half but it was enough, this often happens in the North American derbies, the States plays better rugby but Canada slaughters them on the counterattack. Joens lead off the 1st half with a great try, Man of the match so far....but Sinclair off for another yellow and it's 35-21.

Been really impressed with Harry Jones.
Not heard of him before, 10 is often a problem area for tier 2 sides, hopefully Jones can maintain/improve this form going forwards. If he makes the RWC side he'll probably get picked up by a Euro side, he's at least Championship/D2 level.

Eagles almost had to score a try there, relentless pressure. Wild game this. 35-28 with 19 minutes to go.

Just heard that too, quite some stat!

Always like hearing a success story - signed specifically for the JP Morgan 7s, kept on due to injuries, now a mainstay in the 23 of the most successful side in European rugby.

Lots of changes being rung, tired and cramped bodies in the heat.
