I'll be curious to see what side we can put out on Friday. Our injuries are mounting up and Sinckler is obviously not going to be available either so it's definitely not going to be a full strength lineup.

I'd like to think we can beat Sale at home but I'd acknowledge that they're better on the road than some of the other sides we're competing with in mid table.

I remember a few years ago we had a middling start to the season and then managed to squeak out an away win against a weakened Quins side (I think it must have been in/around the AIs or 6N?) and then managed to ride the momentum to a 6th place finish.
Here's hoping!

You rode out the momentum to finish where you started? Surely that's more a case of riding out the inertia?

Sinckler got 7 weeks. Clearly didn't mean it and it was low end nice to see both him and his club have an adult response to it.

Chiefs need a good win over Falcons because 3 from 5 isnt great when they have only beat worriors Lirish and a failing wasps. Falcons would be a good win with how they are playing

Really hope we can so the unthinkable and string two decent performances together
Away game + televised = bad times, though

Has it been proper leathering it down in London today/this week?
Pitch at the stoop is a mess, it's not cutting up so much as the grass is sliding off the mud, it looks like someones laid it down on top of sand or something.

Not rained at all all day, although I can see why you'd be keen to talk about what's going on underneath the turf rather than on top of it

Solomonas defence needs some work, he was nowhere for the first try and let Visser walk past him in build up to second.

They've obviously talkeda lot about kicking in behind Solomona, even Dave Ward is trying it

Just don't understand why Eddie will select Solomona with his defence, but says that Wade and Roko's is too bad. I'd back them to get close to something approaching a tackle...
