[2016 RBS Six Nations] Round 4: England vs. Wales (12/03/2016)

Well tell your staff member to not stick stuff on here pretending to be me. Do you think thats a smart thing to do ? And how would you react if you were in my shoes ?

My comment is a toned down version of what would be said in the heat of the moment were we face to face, however apologies if I have overstepped the mark, although he is a wind up merchant.

If you have a problem with someone, send a PM, or report the post. Don't call them a knob.

And quoting someone's post and editing said post is completely fair game here.

edit: I'm pretty sure I'm not Olyy's boss.

Has one of the coaches/players said something stupid yet....this is getting silly mainly because nobody has anything to say and there was little controversial about the selections.

You know what that calls for

EJ called Wales a 'little nation' three times and a little brother, next to big brother England, at yesterdays press conference. Torygraph ran that, slow week.

got to love the coaches banter, let's face it, it's at times more entertaining that some of the rugby being played!

Not stupid if it's true.

According to Jonathan Davies, Faletau is the best no 8 in the world.
Billy Vunipola and Taulupe Faletau are the best players in the NH this Six Nations. Vunipola is the wreckiest wrecking ball going, but has also had a big step up in his all-round game; Faletau is pretty much everything I'd want out of a blindside. Vunipola plays more of a specialist role than Faletau. Faletau has been on a reliable upward curve for a long time, whereas Vunipola has waxed and waned in form, alternating with Morgan for a long time, but has made a massive step up this Six Nations. IMO they are apples and oranges, both very different players and it's impossible to say that one of them is better than the other. But I don't think it's a controversial opinion to think that either of them is the best 8 going at the minute.

Well apparently you can't handle the banter and had to be protected by your boss.
The thread that keeps on giving.

Yeah both 8s are in awesome form just Vunipola can at times look more prolific due to such big carries etc where as much of Faletau's work is less obvious.

All valid points indeed

Sorry, but I would have Haskell over Warburton every day of the week.

Personally I have always been a fan of Haskell, even when the English rugby public seemed to criticize him daily. I think he has been one of England's underrated players of the past 5 or so years, a good vocal leader on the pitch and a great all-round game for a flanker. I remember getting excited a long time back when there were rumours floating round that he might have been joining Ospreys. Thought he would have made a great addition to our back row.

I can see an argument for him over Warburton currently as Warburton isn't firing at 100%. But on top form Warburton is a better specialist 7.

The problem with The Haskell is the penalty count he's the most yellow carded player ever in the 6 nations. That's not a good state to be leader of.

When he's playing well he's fine unless he's running into a post...

Perhaps I should have said wet nurse, some of the rules on here are a bit Tom Browns Schooldays, did all you lot go to public schools ?
I don't have a problem with anyone mate, by the way I wasn't calling him a knob I was calling him a knab (it means to grab by the teeth and gnaw, as I thought he was acting like a rat)
Anyway hope you guys can take a beating, 'cause that's what's coming your way at 4pm tomorrow and with any justice Mike Brown (who is a knob) will get smashed.
