I hope so. Italians always show lots of hard. Go Forza!

do they now ??....hmmm, that's an interesting remark. As in, like, they take a bunch of Viagra before the match or.....

I want Italy to win this, but I want to see their maximum attacking form. I want to see them in 6N VS France mode, and nothing less. There's just no excuse, they have the ability to do it, and they're a professional side goddamn it, and I want to see at least one constructed try like they did against us.

The Wallabies look a lot better now, though, as everybody has been saying...but I think their defense still isn't top notch. Italy ought to crush them in the scrum and find an accurate boot for threes, defend like they did in last year's Tour and forget all about their horrible summer Quadrangular. And I do believe they can put in a try at least without counting on 100 phases and exclusively forward strength or a penalty scrum one.

I've love the Italians to beat the convicts but I can't see this happening. I predict a 15+ win for Aus.

Hopefully going to be a good game.

I'm now able to support my favorite SH team now that we've played them.
TPN will hopefully start to make a difference to their pack's lack of incision.

Italy should go into this game thinking they can win this game. They have the skill in the right places (scrum) to take the game to AUS.

AUS did get unlucky with some calls on Saturday and they have shown that against the "weaker" teams, they have ability to rip them apart.

I am going to lean with Italy winning at half time, but AUS to take it by 7+ points.

Italians at home and away, night and day. They'll play a competitive match I'm sure, but I don't see their first victory against the Wallabies this next weekend though.
A fan of both teams, so I'd rather none of them loses !
I want Italy to beat a SANZAR nation finally, but Australia have had it the hardest this year amongst Tier 1 nations (with France........actually France is worse).

So much hate for Australia, why I don't know?

Despite my ancestors coming from Italy (not convicts), I hope the Wallabies hit back from a game they really shouldn't have lost.

Relax bud! Wallabies will win by +10!!!!!!!!!!

Really looking forward to this match-any update on if we will be broadcast in the UK? Just scrolled through sky and BBC, not leaping out. Red button maybe?

agreed.
But feel better in knowing that I, the great Big Ewis, am with you guys.
And I find the "convict" thing pretty offensive too tbh.

Simmons at 6?

Much as I've loved the Aussie despair the last while it time they start holding the SH name high again. Man up, Oz, FFS!! And get a domestic comp going to generate actual depth for once while you're at it. The lack of quality in the forwards past the 1st choice players is what's hurting you almost more than the fact you have no props.

Luckily they should be able to win here and build on a good game? Even with Italy surely to have a big advantage in the scrum Aus should win easily with the tries I expect the Italian backline to leak.

Will be interesting to see what TPN will bring. Last couple of games I have seen from him he looked like he was disinterested in contributing to the actual game and only looking for an opportunity to smash someone. That said maybe that is exactly what Aus needs right now.

Stormer - TPN isn't even on the bench for this game.
