England are definitely suffering from over-thinking and over-coaching. These players are professionals and don't need a coach.
A selection algorithm based on facts / performance and a decent Captain and let them all play to their own strengths and adapt onfield. Don't need a "game plan" - except perhaps "Move forward, score tries and win match"…..give the money saved from International coaching staff to grass roots clubs for development.
