Honestly do you see any other ref doing that?

TBH that's the issue. I agree that cynical penalties near the try line should be a YC. Problem is other refs let teams get away with multiple penalties or advantages and do nothing. I'm fine with Owens warning there, but it's not consistent with other refs.

I just think Owens doesn't get calls wrong but against us he does seam to call everything and gives no leeway that he gives other teams get.

Maybe, but complaining about something he's gotten absolutely correct isn't the way to argue it.
