I think it's a team thing not a world rugby team. If your head gear is made by same company as team kit they'll let you wear it.

The Irish subs demonstrating how the starting team bar one or two exceptions just didn't have any fight or desire or effort, and I don't even think their subs are out and out better from an ability perspective.

I would be furious if I were an Irish supporter, NZ good and decent at massaging laws but they didn't really have to change gear as Ireland were that bad.
