(Sorry Ireland, I do sympathize it's tough. Though in a strange way sometimes it's easier to lose by a ton than a close margin)

I don't know if there's any truth to what some pundits said back in the six Nations about how the stringency of Schmidt's plan and way of playing had taken it out of his players and just worn them down over 3 years..but I do know there is some bad luck in that key Irish players have just come off the boil at totally the wrong time. I guess the question is whether there are so many players off the boil that it's more than just bad luck.
