[RWC2023 SF1] Argentina vs New Zealand (20/10/2023)

If the ball was touched in flight how can it go out on the full?
That is a good point, never really thought about it before
What if you clear long and then just before it bounces Infield it hits a player's back and goes out? Out on the full?
What's the cutoff point for opposition players touching it?

It's out on full off of Argentina. Team throwing into lineout gets spot most advantageous to them.

The ABs got destroyed by the Boks before the RWC and were toothless for about 79 mins against France. Ireland defeated Boks and smothered France this year.

Add in Foster's NZ losing twice to these Pumas and only winning by 3 at home to the Wallabies two months ago and the logic was completely solid.

Disagree.

It was a warm up game against the Boks. They did beat the Boks in the rugby championship.

France made the home advantage count against New Zealand in the opener. And France were the better team than South Africa in the quarter final. Again, fine margins between the top 4.

Also, this same All Blacks won the rugby championship yet again. Are they are dominant as they once were. No. But they are still clearly one of the best teams and the difference between them and the other 3 top dogs is minimal at best. I put them all on the same tier.

Did anyone else see ARG players frustrated that Gardner didn't see a grounding before the last pen? Gardner saw them and made no attempt to check with the TMO

Argentina need to keep attacking down the Kiwi left. NZ look dodgy down there. If Argentina don't exploit it you can bet SA will in the final
